Procedure
- Soak BeneoPro W-Tex WF 65-5001 for 15 minutes.
- Remove excess water from BeneoPro W-Tex WF 65-5001.
- Weigh each ingredient accordingly.
- Combine BeneoPro W-Tex WF 65-5001, Mix Spices, Egg, Debic Cooking Cream 20%, BBQ Sauce, Soy Sauce, Cooking Oil into the Thermomix.
- Set the Thermomix at speed 4 for 3 minutes.
- Scrape the sides after 3 minutes of mixing.
- Continue mixing in Thermomix at speed 8 for another 5 minutes.
- Shape the mixture in a rectangular baking container.
- Bake using Bain Marie method for 25 minutes at 200 °C.
- Let it cool down, then cut into long strips.
- Roll the seafood alternative protein together with Tamago, cucumber, avocado, seaweed sheet and rice.
- Cut the sushi roll and serve.
