According to the Notification of MOPH No. 83 (1984) Re: Chocolates, INS 442 or E442 or “Ammonium phosphatides” or “ Emulsifier YN” or “ Mixed ammonium salts of phosphorylated glycerides are names that are allowed for use for chocolate labeling at maximum limit of 7000 ppm.
