DPO International celebrated its Annual Dinner on 13 December 2024, honouring the hard work, dedication, and achievements of our employees throughout the year. The event held simultaneously in seven countries – Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, China and Malaysia – marked a significant occasion to reflect on the company’s milestones, successes and the collective efforts that drive us forward.
In line with the main theme “Back to School,” DPO-lians in Malaysia were treated to a school marching band performance while colleagues from the rest of the countries joined in via livestream. The evening was a nostalgic journey through our school days while returning to the basics by embracing our Corporate Core Values.
To celebrate our Core Values, awards were presented to selected employees who exemplify our core principles of Integrity, Forward-Looking, Proactiveness, Diversity, and Commitment. These Core Values Champions, representing their offices and divisions from the various countries were recognised for their exceptional contributions in upholding and embodying DPO’s values.
