DPO Thailand showcased a range of functional beverage concepts at Food Focus Thailand 2026: Beverage Trend & Tech Edition, held on 4 August 2026, demonstrating how science-backed ingredients can be translated into practical beverage applications that respond to evolving health and wellness trends.

The showcase featured four beverage prototypes — collagen coffee, high-protein tea, a digestive wellness shot and a red beet sports drink — developed around key areas of consumer interest, including beauty nutrition, digestive wellness, sports performance and mobility.

Each concept incorporated innovative ingredient solutions from DPO International’s global partners, including BENEO, Döhler, Glanbia Nutrition, Hexagon Nutrition, Probi and Symrise, highlighting the opportunities available to manufacturers looking to develop beverages that combine targeted functionality with strong consumer appeal.

Beyond the product showcase, the event provided a valuable platform for industry exchange. Representatives from Glanbia Nutrition and Symrise joined the DPO team to connect with Thai food and beverage manufacturers, share technical expertise and discuss emerging trends shaping the functional beverage market.
