Preparation Procedure
Garnish
- Fry bacon, add sliced onion, and deglaze with the white wine. Cook until caramelized.
- Season with salt and pepper. Leave to chill in fridge.
Quiche Mix
- Mix all ingredients in the blender, allow to chill in fridge.
Assembly and Decoration
- Place the Garnish into the shell. Add the liquid mix. Spread some cheese on top .
- Bake for 8 minutes at 180°C.
