Job Responsibilities:
- To plan and implement effective Sales strategies with the ultimate objective of improving and achieving sales targets for the assigned area of sales coverage.
- To gather market intelligence / information, competitor trends, pricing trend / structure, product application, customers’ buying trends or cycles and or services requirements that may affect the targeted market.
- To participate in the Company’s marketing communications campaign such as sales presentations, workshop or trade show / exhibition to promote and introduce the Company’s products / services.
- To perform market intelligence to capture the essence of consumer trends and lifestyle for the purpose of developing marketing strategies to increase revenue.
- To perform any ad-hoc tasks when assigned from time to time.
Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- To survey and monitor customers’ needs for creative and innovative solutions in fulfilling their demands.
- To attend to existing customers, source new customers, promote company’s products & monitor customers’ accounts.
- To identify, develop and expand on new business market to widen the market based.
- To build strong business rapport with customers and Key Account Clients with excellent value-added services.
Industry:
- To plan and carry out Sales & Marketing activities for food ingredients.
- To draft proposal on Sales & Marketing including technical solutions for customers.
- To research, identify, develop, and consolidate data on customers’ needs such as product application, service requirements, buying cycles, delivery schedules and internal regulations such as pricing structure.
Food Service:
- To maintain and improvise existing Food Service channel with new application innovations.
- To develop good relationship with Buyer/Purchasers through strong negotiation skills in order for them to purchase as needed.
- Forecast sales for Buyer in order to achieve sales target, if necessary.
Retail:
- To observe stock level, tidy and maintain store shelves at healthy inventory level at customers’ outlets.
- To be responsible for trade calendar and monthly sales action plan.
- To monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, new products and etc.
