Two Year Validity Of The Certificate Of Analysis For The Premix Commodity Release Clearance (PCRC) In The Philippines

According to confectionary law in the Philippines, under Sugar Order No. 8, all imported whey products must apply for the issuance of Premix Commodity Release Clearance (PCRC). This applies to all products with or without added sugar and other sweetening ingredients.

To apply for a Premix Commodity Release Clearance (PCRC), there are some documents that are required to be submitted to the Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA). One of documents required is laboratory analysis which the laboratory analysis is from SRA.

Based on Memorandum Circular No. 10 from Sugar Regulatory Administration, the Certificate of Analysis issued by the SRA laboratory will have a validity period of 2 years from the date of issuance.
