On January 07, 2021, China’s National Health Commission (NHC) published the latest approval for 3 new food raw materials, 5 new food additives, and 7 new food-related substances as described below:

This new food raw materials shall be carried out in accordance with the provision of the current national standards for food safety in China. Appropriate labelling instruction must be done especially for Sodium hyaluronic acid and Lactobacillus kefiranofaciens. This regulation is effective starting from January 07, 2021.
