What are the preservatives permitted to be used in processed cheese in Malaysia?

ANSWER

According to Sixth Schedule (Regulation 20) of Food Regulations 1985, sulphur dioxide, benzoic acid and sorbic acid are preservatives that are permitted to be used in processed cheese.
