ANSWER
Only food colours listed in Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 allowed using in food.
However, EU Member States agree to ban on Titanium Dioxide (E171) in food stating on year 2022 in order to follow an updated safety assessment on titanium dioxide as a food additive from European Food Safety Authotity (EFSA) which published on 6 May 2021.
