Please advice if Talcum Powder (magnesium silicate) / Calcium Carbonate is allow to add in rice bar? If not, can you please recommend the alternative.

ANSWER

According to Regulation 25 & 64 of Food Regulations 1985, Calcium carbonate and magnesium silicate are permitted food conditioners that can be used in prepared cereal foods.
