ANSWER
According to MUI Halal Certification Requirement, production facilities shall have no cross contamination with “haram”, unclean materials/product. Production facilities can be used interchangeably to produce certified product and not certified product as long as it does not contain ingredients derived from pork and pork derivatives, however there must be procedures to ensure no cross contamination occurs.
