According to Table A.2 of National Food Safety Standard – Standard for Uses of Food Additives (GB2760-2014), Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471) is permitted to be used in fruit jam and fruit paste, limited by GMP. The use of Polyglycerol esters of fatty acids (E475) in fruit jam and fruit paste is not stipulated in Table A.1 and A.2 of National Food Safety Standard – Standard for Uses of Food Additives GB2760-2014.
