Is there any regulation on the definition and application of Sprouted Wheat Flour in Malaysia?


According to the office of Food Safety and Quality Division (FSQD) of MOH, there are several regulations that may be related to your products which are Wheat flour, chlorinated wheat flour, gluten wheat flour, protein-increased wheat flour, self raising wheat flour, wholemeal wheat flour, atta flour and bread flour under the Food Regulations 1985. Please ensure if your product specification can comply with the requirement of these regulations or not.
