According to the Notification of MOPH (No. 389) B.E. 2561 (2018) Re: Food Additives (No.5), INS 141(i) & INS 141(ii) are permitted to be uses in Thailand and the maximum permitted limit in cookies [Fine bakery wares (sweet, salty, savory) and mixes (Food Category No: 07.2)] is 75 mg/kg.
