Use of E475 PGE in Bakery Products – China

ANSWER

According to National Food Safety Standard – Standard for Uses of Food Additives (GB2760-2014), E475 Polyglycerol esters of fatty acids (PGE) is permitted to be used in bakery products with maximum of 10.0g per kilogramme.
