According to Regulatory Guidelines Concerning Food Additives 1984 (AO No. 88-A s 1984), E420(i) Sorbitol, E471 Mono & diglycerides fatty acid, E1520 Propylene glycol, E1520 Propylene glycol, E475 Polyglycerol ester fatty acid and E470(a) Potassium salts of fatty acid are permitted food additives to be used in the Philippines.
