Empowering Sales Teams for Excellence: Highlights from SGT 2025

From 25–28 February 2025, DPO International hosted its annual Sales-Get-Together (SGT) at the Intercontinental Resort Bali. This sales conference brought together teams from seven countries across our Industry, Foodservice, Retail, and Consumer divisions, reinforcing our commitment to food industry innovation, market expansion, and sales excellence.

Strengthening Sales Skills & Market Knowledge

The first two days focused on sales training, market insights, and business strategy. Through insightful presentations from company leaders, as well as practical exercises, participants enhanced their expertise in customer engagement, negotiation techniques, and food industry trends—empowering them to better serve our customers.

Exploring Food Innovation & Product Development

Teams also had the opportunity to explore new functional ingredients and food solutions, engaging in product tastings and sensory experiences. Discussions centered on market feasibility and application strategies, helping participants align innovations with business goals.

Team Building, Recognition & Celebration

The final day was all about team bonding and recognition. Participants embarked on an ATV adventure through Bali’s scenic paddy fields, rivers, and tropical jungles, followed by a Gala Dinner by the beach. The evening celebrated top-performing sales professionals and long-service award recipients, recognizing their contributions to the growth and success of the company
