Preparation Procedure

Green Curry Paste       

  1. Blend all ingredients into a paste.
  2. Cook under low heat for 15 minutes or until fragrant.

 

Thai Green Curry Zuppa Soup              

  1. Bring coconut milk to a boil.
  2. Cut Foodcraft fries into a huge cube.
  3. Mix in water, green curry paste, Thai sweet basil, green chili, kaffir lime leaves and salt, bring to a boil.
  4. Add in chicken meat and cook for 15 minutes under low heat.
  5. Add in Foodcraft fries and cook for another 5 minutes.

 

Assemble         

  • Prepare puff pastry.
  • Prepare a bowl and pour green curry soup, cover with puff pastry sheet.
  • Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
