Tocopherols listed above are not allowed to be added into cookies and mooncake in China.

According to Notification of MOPH (No. 389) B.E. 2561 (2018) Re: Food Additives, below are the list of permitted Tocopherols:
INS 307a d-alpha-Tocopherol (Synonym: Vitamin E; RRR-alpha-tocopherol, 5,7,8-trimethyltocol, (+)-alphaTocophero
INS 307b Tocopherol concentrate, mixed (Synonym: Vitamin E)
INS 307c dl-alpha-Tocopherol (Synonym: Vitamin E; dl-5,7,8-Trimethyltocol)
Thai FDA not yet permitted Tocopherols to be used in cakes, cookies and pies products.

According to Circular No. 44/2015/TT-BYT List of Micronutrients Allowed to be Added to Food, below are the permitted Tocopherols in food additives:
INS 307a d-alpha-Tocopherol
INS 307b Tocopherol concentrate, mixed
INS 307c dl-alpha-Tocopherol
Tocopherols are not permitted to be added into cookies and mooncake in Vietnam.
