ANSWER

According to Philippines National Standard – Quick Frozen Shrimps or Prawns (PNS/BAFPS 76:2008), the final products of quick frozen raw or partially or fully cooked shrimps or prawns, peeled or unpeeled shall conform to the following microbiological characteristics as stated below:

2. Escherichia coli 11/g
3. Salmonella Absent in 25 g
4. Shigella Absent
5. Staphylococcus aureus 1,000 /g
6. Vibrio Cholera Absent
