What is the permitted level of natamycin in cheese applications in Singapore?

ANSWER

According to No. 117 (2) of Food Regulations (Sale of Food Act), natamycin may be applied to the rind of a cheese by dipping or by spraying such that the proportion of natamycin in a sample taken from the surface to a depth of less than 5mm, is not greater than 1mg/sq dm.
