Diamond Glaze Silver | As needed |
Preparation Procedure
- Beat all ingredients in Group A, except vegetable oil, at low speed for ± 1 minutes. Apply the same procedure for Group B.
- Continue beating at medium speed for 8 minutes until fluffy.
- Insert vegetable oil at low speed into Group A mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Prepare a pan with a size of 24 cm X 24 cm @ 200 gr and lay a piece of baking paper.
- Bake the cake batter in the oven at 180°C, for 15 minutes.
- Layer the base and spread the filling in between.
- Garnish with glaze and other preferred decoration.
