Procedure

  1. Soak BeneoPro W-Tex WF 65-5001 for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove excess water from BeneoPro W-Tex WF 65-5001.
  3. Weigh each ingredient accordingly.
  4. Combine BeneoPro W-Tex WF 65-5001, Mix Spices, Egg, Debic Cooking Cream 20%, BBQ Sauce, Soy Sauce, Cooking Oil into the Thermomix.
  5. Set the Thermomix at speed 4 for 3 minutes.
  6. Scrape the sides after 3 minutes of mixing.
  7. Continue mixing in Thermomix at speed 8 for another 5 minutes.
  8. Shape the mixture in a rectangular baking container.
  9. Bake using Bain Marie method for 25 minutes at 200 °C.
  10. Let it cool down, then cut into long strips.
  11. Roll the seafood alternative protein together with Tamago, cucumber, avocado, seaweed sheet and rice.
  12. Cut the sushi roll and serve.
