Preparation Procedure
Fruits Jelly
- Cook all the ingredients and bring it to boil.
- Mix into a food processor and blend to a puree.
- Chill in fridge to set.
Salted Caramel
- Bring brown sugar, salt and water to boil until caramelized stage.
- Add in cream and butter, continue to mix.
- Remove from heat and add in gelatin powder.
- Chill in fridge.
Cream Chantilly
- Whip all the ingredients until medium peak
