Preparation Procedure

Fruits Jelly

  1. Cook all the ingredients and bring it to boil.
  2. Mix into a food processor and blend to a puree.
  3. Chill in fridge to set.


Salted Caramel

  1. Bring brown sugar, salt and water to boil until caramelized stage.
  2. Add in cream and butter, continue to mix.
  3. Remove from heat and add in gelatin powder.
  4. Chill in fridge.


Cream Chantilly

  1. Whip all the ingredients until medium peak
