  • Credit Control Officer/Executive (Kuala Lumpur)


    • Reporting to Credit Control Manager.

    • Job responsibilities encompass:
      1. To monitor the AR for clients in Malaysia.

      2. To call customers for collection on AR due.

      3. To monitor and highlight on overdue AR.

      4. To prepare and send billings as per schedule, monitor and manage credit risk assessment.

      5. To prepare AR reports on customer aging, collection target and schedule.

      6. To issue monthly statement of accounts to customers.

      7. To ensure AR collection is updated and offset against invoices in ERP system on time.

      8. To perform account reconciliation as requested by customers.

      9. To prepare reminder letters on overdue accounts and liaise with legal on any litigation issues.

      10. To perform other credit control activities as assigned by superior in order to prevent bad debts and collect outstanding customer debt while retaining customer satisfaction.


    • Bachelor Degree / Diploma / Professional Certificate in Accounting and Finance or equivalent from accredited institutions of higher learning.

    • 2-3 years relevant working experience with good English communication skills.

    • Independent, resourceful and able to meet tight deadlines.

    • Excellent skills in Microsoft office applications, knowledge in computerized accounting system.

  • Demand Planning and Inventory Control Executive (Kuala Lumpur)


    • Reports directly to the Inventory and Procurement Manager.
    • Job responsibilities involves:
      1. To assist HOD in the development of a systematic and effective Best Practices (BPs) in maintaining a complete documentation / records / processes for Inventory & Demand Planning procedures with proactive initiatives to improve and simplify the overall processes.
      2. To maintain and update database of stock keeping unit (SKU) classification, unit of measurement (UOM), unit of conversation, safety or optimum stock level etc. by cross checking the sales forecast or marketing plans to ensure constant adequate stocks / inventory supply at all times ready for delivery to Customers in good quality.
      3. To coordinate and monitoring the inventory movements with the local Supply Chain team, Sales and Finance personnel and service providers.
      4. To update the inventory status, such as stock on hand report, aging reports and products which are going to expire report to local SCM team, Sales and Finance to ensure that the stocks are adequate for the supplies and clear on time.
      5. To implement a root cause problem solving and corrective action process for inventory discrepancies to improve inventory data and reduce the risk of inaccuracy.
      6. To make recommendations on adjustments, improvements and solutions to demand forecasting based on changes in determinants such as sales dynamics, market trend including advance or deferments of stocks ETD / ETA where applicable.
      7. To continuously improve on the inventory and demand planning techniques for better accuracy in Inventory & Demand Planning to minimize shortage / overstock, aging stock and volatility on stock / inventory movement or rotation.
      8. To run a series of inventory reports on daily, weekly or monthly basis and perform detailed analysis of item performed.
      9. To provide input into a procedure for the GLOBAL rationalization and standardization of inventory across all operations.
      10. To collaborate with Sales Team closely to ensure that the Team is always updated with the latest stock / inventory information for strategic decision making, as well to communicate with all division and department managers and purchasing on sales forecast, demand planning and inventory levels.



    Skills and a little knowledge in following areas is highly valuable

    • Minimum qualification is Degree / Diploma from accredited institutions of higher learning.
    • At least 3 years regional working experience in demand planning & Inventory in FMCG industry.

  • E-commerce Specialist (Kuala Lumpur)


    • Reports directly to the E-Commerce Team Lead – TheBigBox.Asia (BBX)
    • Job responsibilities involves:
      1. To assist in the management of all SKUs in BBX including execution of phase-out strategy for unsuccessful products, including preparation of Clearance Sales with instructions.
      2. To assist in managing the network of e-commerce platform partners such as Lazada, 11th Street, Shopee and etc including managing the partners’ accounts as a BBX merchant.
      3. To assist in the management of stocks / inventories update across e-commerce marketplaces and to avoid shortages that will affect smooth on-line sales operations (i.e. Update Order Status accordingly on each ecommerce marketplaces Backend).
      4. To manage all customer enquiries via across multiple platforms such as telephone calls, emails and JustAsq App in a professional yet proactive manner that helps to ensure repeat orders / purchases.
      5. To place outbound calls to Customers when necessary to advise and / or obtain necessary information to process the orders by checking on the preferred delivery date / time, replacement item, return, refund and etc.
      6. To collaborate, interact and communicate order fulfilment issues and / or requests with respective Division such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain Management and Finance teams to ensure Customers’ questions and sales orders are resolved in a timely manner.
      7. To manage database of Customers and issues/questions/enquiries/feedback, analyse the data and prepare timely reports to the Marketing Manager. Customers include but not limited to website visitors and registrants, buyers / purchasers, enquirers, campaign participants and etc.
      8. To perform other duties as and when assigned by the immediate Superior.


    Skills and a little knowledge in following areas is highly valuable

    • Minimum requirement is a Degree or Diploma from accredited higher learning institutions.
    • Solid experience or exposure to e-commerce merchandising with experience / knowledge in online inventory management.
    • Excellent and strong computer literacy especially Microsoft Excel.

    • Ability to swiftly and accurately compute mathematically or statically.
    • Excellent analytical skills, resourceful and well organized.

  • Food Technologist (Kuala Lumpur)


    • Reporting directly to the Head of Science & Regulatory (SCR) Division.
    • Job responsibilities involves:
      1. To ensure timeliness and accuracy of food productsand/or food ingredients testing, development, innovations and applications in Bakery.
      2. To effectively implementation and maintain Good Housekeeping and Good Laboratory practice in the application laboratory.
      3. To ensure strict adherence to Safety & Health procedures.
      4. To ensure that the information from the clients is kept as strictly confidential and never disclosed to third party.
      5. To train, supervise and ensure competency of Lab Technicians.
      6. To ensure all test methods, recipes and document are kept confidentially and restricted within the premises of the Company.

    • Well verse in MS office.
    • 3-4 years of working experience as Food Technologist or R&D Technologist in the Food Industry with bakery, beverage and confectionery applications.

    • To report directly to the Group Commercial Director – Food Service Division.

      1. To prepare periodical sales report for review, brainstorming, root cause analysis and to take rectification strategy for improvement strategy.
      2. To be pro-active in gathering intelligence on consumer / business trends in the industry and in Malaysia in order to capture business market / niche market opportunities.

  • Shipping Executive (Kuala Lumpur)

    Job Responsibilities

    • Reports directly to the Team Lead – Shipping Unit.
    • Job functions would encompass:
      1. To liaise and work closely with the vendors / service providers and monitor the incoming shipments and perform custom clearance.
      2. To follow up and ensure every containers being hauled on time to avoid any demurrage / detention charges.
      3. To handle any issue regarding importation, investigate the root cause, provide the corrective and preventive actions and proceed with the claim for all necessary.
      4. To feedback the performance to the vendors / service providers, communicate the discrepancies on incoming shipment for further improvement and proceed with claim for all necessary.
      5. To check and respond accordingly on the changes HS code, import duty and custom duty (if any) with accuracy.
      6. To apply for import permit, ensure all the relevant documents are error free, and take necessary action if error is detected.
      7. To purchase submarine insurance for every shipment and proceed with the claim for all necessary.
      8. To perform receiving of inventory timely and maintain the accurate data of inventory in the system against the physical inventory.
      9. To calculate the landed costs for imported goods.
      10. To generate all necessary reports for monitoring the incoming shipments, goods received and discrepancy report.
      11. To assist in cycle count / annual inventory stock take.
      12. To check Purchase Requisition Form to ensure every data are being input correctly by the requesters.

    Job Requirements

    • Candidate must possess a Degree, Diploma or Professional Certificate from accredited institutions of higher learning.
    • At least 3 years working experience in shipping and / or brokerage functions.
    • Mandarin is compulsory to deal with branch offices in China.
    • Good communication skills (verbal & written) in English Language.
    • Well versed with MS office.
